At Ambius, we know that todays customers are wanting a more personalised brand experience, this means using every sense, including smell.

We conducted a study looking at how scent affects people's preferences based on their everyday activities. We found that scent plays a larger role then ever for customers, 90 per cent of individuals saying they would either walk out or speed up their visit if they did not like the smell.
