Made from billions of tons of concrete, stone and metal these spectacular cities are real life urban jungles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It is obvious that working in these cities will benefit you in a number of ways; especially your career and financially.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Unfortunately, with every pro there is likely to be a con and this is no exception. Increased crime, noise and more&nbsp;crowded streets than outside urban areas mean cities and stress go hand in hand.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Having been linked to <a href=\"http:\/\/www.nature.com\/news\/stress-and-the-city-urban-decay-1.11556\">triggering mental disorders<\/a>; it is important we all do our best to try and relieve stress in any way that we can.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"alignright\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"200\" height=\"513\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ambius.co.uk\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/02\/office-plants-facts.png\" alt=\"Office Plant facts for biophilia\" class=\"wp-image-445\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>How can plants help?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Every day millions of people leave for work, likely to be sat at a desk for 8+ hours&nbsp;with as little as a glance of nature beauty. So, how does this relate to stress I hear you say?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our mind needs nature, as humans we have a firm connection with trees, plants and flowers just like the rest of the animal kingdom.
