Telephone Sales Executive - Lesmahagow, Scotland
We are seeking to recruit a Telephone Sales Executive to join our team covering Scotland, based out of our office in Lesmahagow. You will be responsible for:
- To proactively cold call potential clients to generate leads, make qualified appointments for Sales Consultants to meet with key decision makers at senior management/director level and to actively participate in researching prospect companies.
- To proactively call existing customers to ensure that their needs are being met and that they are receiving Ambius’s 'legendary service' and referring any issues to the relevant Client Liason Manager.
- To actively update existing customers on new products and developments via telephone and written correspondence, identifying new and emerging business opportunities and qualifying solution opportunities to fuel the Sales Consultants with high quality leads from the existing customer base.
You will be self-motivated and enthusiastic, you will possess effective negotiating skills and will be a strong communicator with the ability to influence and motivate others and be able to develop effective working relationships with both your clients and your colleagues.
It is essential that you have experience within a customer service/account management environment. You should also have telesales experience in a B2B environment and be able to demonstrate your ability to cross sell to existing and new customers. You will also need to be computer literate. It would be desirable but not essential to have experience in a similar industry.
